1 Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the juya platform and all its services. Here, "juya", "we", or "platform" refers to juya's online gaming and sportsbook services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered or in the process of registering on juya.

These Terms are designed for users in Bangladesh and are effective in accordance with Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). By accessing or using any part of the platform, you become legally bound by these Terms.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest effective version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after any update will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

2 Account Registration

To become a member of juya, the user must meet the following conditions:

• Accurate and truthful personal information must be provided at the time of registration — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details.
• Each individual may create only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all accounts being permanently closed.
• After registration, juya may request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. Withdrawals will be held if the required documents are not provided.
• It is the user's own responsibility to keep account passwords and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, our support team must be notified immediately.

2.1 Information Verification

juya reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information provided. If any information is found to be false or misleading, the account will be closed immediately and any pending transactions may be cancelled.

3 Age Requirement and Eligibility

juya is for users aged 21 and above only. Allowing minors to gamble is strictly prohibited. Users must confirm their age during the registration process. If any user creates an account with a false age, all transactions on that account will be considered void and deposited funds may not be returned.

This 21+ age requirement is part of the responsible gaming policy. A request to parents — please use parental controls to prevent your child from accessing this platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on juya: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

• The correct reference number must be used when making a deposit — providing the wrong reference may delay the deposit.
• Deposits should only be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party will not be accepted and may be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Completing KYC verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made through the same method used to make the deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• juya reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

juya offers a 200% welcome bonus for new members, applicable on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.
• The welcome bonus can only be received once per user.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the full wagering requirement has been completed before betting with bonus funds.
• Attempting to earn bonuses using multiple accounts or a VPN will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• juya reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.2 VIP Program

juya's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum. You can advance to higher tiers by staying regularly active and increasing your participation on the platform. Detailed terms for VIP benefits apply separately.

6 Gaming Rules

Various gaming services are available on the juya platform — slots, live casino, cricket betting, and other sportsbook games. Specific rules apply to each game category, following the regulations of the respective game provider.

• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the result for any active bets will be determined according to the game provider's rules.
• If an abnormal result occurs due to a software error or technical fault, that round will be considered void.
• For sports betting, payouts are made within a set time after the official result is published.
• Any bet linked to match fixing or score manipulation will be cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the juya platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or any automated tools.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward juya staff.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographic restrictions.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and all pending payments may be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Suspension by juya

juya may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Suspicion or evidence of a breach of terms.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process.
• Unusual or suspicious transaction activity.
• Due to instructions from or investigation by a legal authority.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. To do so, contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Any eligible balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed, however bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be cancelled.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

• If betting outcomes are affected by unexpected market changes or corrections to official results.

juya's total liability shall in no case exceed the actual balance present in the user's account at that time.

12 Changes to Terms

juya reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users through their registered contact details.
